EverDoc is operated by LearnX Ltd. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights over it.
Account information (name, email, profile photo) provided via sign-in; documents and content you create or upload; usage data needed to operate the Service; and, when you connect Google Drive, an access token to read and write files in the folders you authorize.
To provide and maintain the Service (rendering PDFs, syncing to your drives, enforcing plan limits), to secure accounts, to process payments through our Merchant of Record, and to respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Card details are handled by Paddle and never stored on our servers. Paddle's handling of your data is governed by Paddle's own privacy policy.
When you connect Google Drive, EverDoc accesses only what is needed to import Markdown files from the folder you choose and to write generated PDFs and updated Markdown back to that folder. Access tokens are stored encrypted and can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the integration in Settings.
We share data only with service providers that help us operate (such as Google Cloud for hosting and Paddle for billing), and where required by law. These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. You can delete your documents, organization or account at any time.
