These Terms of Service govern your use of EverDoc (the "Service"), operated by LearnX Ltd. ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
EverDoc lets you write Markdown documents, generate branded PDFs from templates, and sync documents and generated PDFs with connected cloud storage such as Google Drive. Features available to you depend on your plan.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Our order process and payments are conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, which handles all billing inquiries. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from Billing; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. Prices are shown before purchase and may change with notice.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by uploading unlawful content, infringing others' rights, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or using it to send spam. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of the documents and content you create or upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process and render your content in order to provide the Service (for example, generating PDFs and syncing to your connected drives).
The Service integrates with third-party providers such as Google Drive. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the third party's terms, and we are not responsible for their services.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LearnX Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be posted here. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@everdoc.io.
