EverDoc is operated by LearnX Ltd. Our order process and payments are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work.
If you are not satisfied with a paid EverDoc plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Contact support@everdoc.io with your account email and we will arrange the refund through Paddle.
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed thereafter. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the new period has begun, except where required by law.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle.com. Processing times depend on your payment provider, typically 5–10 business days.
