Generate and share PDFs

Turn any document into a branded PDF, merge folders into one file, and share public links.

Every PDF EverDoc generates is rendered through a template: cover page, your logo, headers, footers, page numbers, and your brand colors are applied automatically.

Generate a PDF from the editor

  1. Open the document in the editor.
  2. In the top-right corner, pick a template from the template dropdown (your organization's default is preselected).
  3. Open the menu next to Save and click Generate PDF. The finished PDF downloads immediately.

Generate a PDF from the Documents page

On the Documents page, open a document's menu and click Generate PDF — no need to open the editor. This uses your organization's default template.

Merge a folder into a single PDF

Open a folder's menu and click Export as PDF. EverDoc merges every document in the folder into one continuous PDF — ideal for handbooks, onboarding packs, and multi-chapter documentation.

Share a public PDF link

Need to send a document to someone outside your organization?

  1. Open the document in the editor.
  2. Open the menu in the header and click Copy public PDF link.
  3. A link is copied to your clipboard. Anyone with the link can view the document as a PDF for 7 days, after which the link expires automatically.

Monthly PDF quotas

PDF generations are metered per plan (for example, 25 per seat per month on Free, 500 on Team, 2,000 on Business). You can watch your usage on the Billing page — see Plans, billing & usage. When a quota is reached, PDF generation pauses until the next month or an upgrade.
